PITTSTON, PA — Benco Dental, the nation’s largest independent distributor of oral healthcare technology and supplies, today announced the acquisitions of M&S Dental Supply and A-Dent Dental Equipment. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquired companies align with Benco Dental’s current product and service offerings. M&S Dental Supply, based in Ozone Park, NY, has been in business for 37 years, offering consumables, equipment, office design and repairs. A-Dent, based in Lynbrook, NY, has an approximately 40-year history of specializing in equipment sales, service and office design. Both companies serve the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Benco Dental’s corporate headquarters in Pittston, PA in 2024. The facility is also home to one of the company’s three CenterPoint design and equipment showrooms, plus it also houses one of several strategically located distribution centers.

These two transactions are the latest in a series of accretive tuck-in acquisitions for Benco Dental, the most recent of which was the purchase of Popp Dental Supply, LLC in 2022. Last year, Benco Dental acquired PPO Profits, one of the market’s leading providers of dental fee negotiations and revenue cycle management services, which it operates as a standalone company.
